Its been a few months of long car journeys at ridiculous times of the day, airport lounges, sitting on planes and general travelling from A to B. It has however been a great couple of months and although some would hate it, I love it! In fact, I still have a couple personal trips left this year but this wedding on the Greek Island of Kos Greece in the Algeran Sea was the last of my destination wedding photography for this year. After some great trips to Denmark and Spain earlier in the year, I was looking forward to something little different from Kos.
This was my first time to the island of Kos in Greece and after arriving in the middle of the night it was the best feeling to wake up and look out of my room over to various islands dotted around the horizon, but what really made this trip was spending some time with such a great bunch of people, a small bunch, but great none the less. In fact, it was really nice to get to know the 12 close family the day before the wedding, go out for a meal with everyone and generally just connect. Its good sometimes to be on the inside. :)
The wedding itself was very simple, getting married just after sun set on a small beach, a few friends, a small BBQ, a little drinking, some dancing and of course a holiday and wedding in the sun! It was an added pleasure to photograph this wedding as the bride is Poppy’s, my partners, boss back here in the UK. Therefore I perhaps know this pair a little more than most and it was nice just to enjoy and document the couple of days I spent with them.
Here are about 100 pictures from my time in Greece, in no particular order, a selection of some of the key moments and my favourites. Hope you like.

So incredible! My favourites are the back tattoo close-up and lifting the bride on the sand :)
Very cool work. That trip looked really fun.
It sure was, a great group of people! :D
Wonderful photos, great job! True emotions well captured. I absolutely love your sunset colors, these pics are totally amazing!
Thanks Tony. The day was certainly full of emotion and you can’t go too wrong with a sunset on a greek island. Glad you like. :D
