London Wedding Engagement Photography

Over the weekend I was in London to do two Wedding Engagement Photography Shoots with couples whom I had met earlier in the year and who’s weddings were now approaching in the next month or two. I was in London from Saturday afternoon until mid morning on the Sunday and photographed one coupled in Richmond Park at Sunset on the Saturday night and then the second at Sunrise a few hours later on Sunday morning in central London, around the Tate and Embankment area.

It was my first time shooting an Engagement Shoot in Central London, and with a few days to go, it was clear the high pressure would be staying around and the weather should be mostly sunny and warm! With the weather set and a quick chat on the phone with the couple, they suggested the Tate would be a good place to start, and I suggested a 0530 start would be best for light and a ‘fairly’ empty London.

I felt that we had a great morning, shooting pics for about an hour before heading 40 stories up to have breakfast in the Heron Tower courtesy of this fab couple! :) I am now really looking forward to their wedding on the west coast of Denmark later in August after chatting to them about their plans and ideas over a full english.
