Wedding Photography at The Green Cornwall

I met this pair initially on Skype several months before their wedding but we had never met in person till only two days before their very intimate and private small wedding at the beautiful ‘The Green’ Wedding venue on the outskirts of Liskeard near Rilla Mill in Cornwall. With only four guests and their dog, they had traveled down to Cornwall to tie the knot privately amongst those closest to them. It was a please therefore to be invited to document this special occasion for them and shoot a few frames before and after their wedding ceremony in the cornish sunshine.

Its not often I get to shoot weddings that are so small and intimate, but it is refreshing to do so occasionally, I spent about 3 hours in all at The Green and in that time met their friends, witnessed their marriage, shot some frames with them both in the country soundings of The Green, watched them raise a glass to the future and even noticed a little dance. :

Ultimately my thanks go out to the couple for choosing me to photograph and be a part of their very personal time – I hope these frames go some way to reflect the time they spent together in Cornwall.
