What a location for a wedding this was! In honesty I had not fully appreciated and digested the information the couple had told me about their wedding plans and the location that the reception would take place at. I heard the word ‘marquee’ and thought I understood – I didn’t. It wasn’t until the point that I laid my own eyes on the marquee and more specifically the location that it was in that I fully appreciated the possibilities for their day.

This realisation came the day before their wedding in 29 degree heat and zero wind on top of the cliff top of Beacon Craig near Porthleven where their reception would take place. Thankfully the next day came with some light cloud, slight cross wind and a few degrees cooler. It was a super fun day, made by not just the location but the chemistry between the two of them. :) + a vicar as a dad, a morning a swim & a proper cool wooden frame…
