A beach wedding in Cornwall is by no means a rare occurrence, with arguably some of the best coastline in the country, Cornwall, Devon and the South West is big business for those wishing to have a wedding on a beach. However having a beach wedding in Cornwall in October and also having a lovely couple of hours to enjoy the scenery, outdoor space and get some sand between your toes is another story, however at this wedding at The Carbis Bay Hotel & Spa in Cornwall near St Ives, they had it all! + More. A little golf and a beach themed wedding cake to name but a few.

With the days now getting colder/darker and the clocks going back, I am not that optimistic that I will have another day much like this for a wedding until next year, however it was a great wedding to round of the ‘summer/autumn’ if you will. However I am now looking forward to getting stuck into some darker themed weddings in November and December and experimenting with a few different ideas that the weather brings.

Hopefully though it won’t be a long winter and soon the bright and bluer days will be back and I wouldn’t be complaining if we had another summer like this one, I have some pictures I am very found of and memories that I am even founder of. For now, I am ready to embrace winter and all it has to hold.
