Well its been a long winter, not very much sun and defiantly very little in the way of heat! & perhaps most of all – not a lot of snow! Such a shame! Oh well, May is here, the bank holiday weekend, and doesn’t everyone feel so much better already ? The sun has been shining, the temperatures have been hitting well into double figures and the wedding season in the UK begins. Whilst I am looking forward to my destination weddings with some guaranteed sun, I am also now more optimistic about the UK season ahead, not necessarily for me as much as for the guests and my couples – everyones happier with a taste of sunshine! :) & on Sunday afternoon I travelled up to Saunton Sands Beach on the west coast of Devon to meet and then shoot some engagement style wedding pics with this lovely couple who’s wedding I photograph near Sheffield in a few weeks time.
I perhaps got a little carried away with the hot (ish) weather and was soon shocked to find out that the sea was still fairly cold, but never mind, I braved it for a few short minutes to also shoot some pics from sea level back at the couple, stood safely on the sand.! Anyway enough from me, here are a selection of some of the pics from Sunday Pre Shoot on Saunton Sands Beach in Devon. Here is to many more sunny shoots. :) Enjoy.

I love these photos as I have always loved panoramic shots. The filter effect looks great!
