Christina + Simon – New York, NYC

Destination Wedding Photographer New York

Simon & Christina got married at Huntsham Court in Devon (U.K) a few weeks ago, and I was there to document the celebrations they had with friends and family from across the globe. Simon is British and hence the UK connection for their wedding, however Christina is American and they both now live and work in Manhattan, New York City and hence the reason for this journal entry.

After several Skype chats from across the pond, we decided we would meet up ahead of their wedding to shoot some frames and get to know each other a little better. The obvious place to do so was on their doorstep in Manhattan. So in April we met up for a couple days over a rare non-wedding weekend for me and explored NYC together and shot some pictures around the apartment where they live, Central Park, Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Bridge.

I must say a huge thanks to Simon & Christina for their hospitality in their city; showing me around, pointing me in good direction for food and for one particularly enjoyable evening experiencing proper Southern American food! It was a blast and you both rock. :)
