A few days ago I met up with a couples who’s wedding I am photographing next summer at Trevenna Barns on Bodmin Moor near St Neot. As they live in Singapore this was the only time we were really going to get to spend a bit of time together before the wedding next year and so we had arranged to shoot a few pictures around the area in which they will be getting married next year. Having only previously met on Skype we first caught up over a coffee in nearby Liskeard before heading off around the moorland between the a38 and a30 which includes Colliford Lake and their wedding venue, Trevenna.
When I post engagement shoots I seem to always go on about the importance of them, so today I thought I would give that a rest! If nothing else, if none of the pictures came out, it was good fun spending an hour or so with this pair, having a chat and just generally going exploring and myself learning a little more about Singapore. :) – somewhere I have only spent 8 short or perhaps very long hours! That being said, the pictures have of course come out and below are some of my favourites.
We had some wicked skies, moody and dramatic in one direction and bright blue with dazzling sun in the other, a nice mixed bag to play with! :)
