Its rare that I shoot two weddings in the same location during a year, even more so being in Central London, but that was the case with the Savile Club in London’s Mayfair on Brook Street this year. Just a few days before Christmas it was time for the winter wedding celebrations of this artistic pair in London and with great pleasure I was invited along to document the day for them. Sometimes a single location for a wedding can be restricting, not just in terms of variety of the pictures, but logistics and movement of guests, but due to the hidden size of the Savile club and versatility of the rooms, this was not the case and thoroughly enjoyed shooting my first winter wedding at the Gentleman’s clubs that becomes a wedding venue most Saturdays.
A couple of highlights from the day must include; the gorgeous morning sunlight, the massive high celling reception room / ball room and of course the bride’s stunning dress. I heard the words ‘greek goddess’ a few times throughout the day. 🙂
Here is a section of some of my favourites and highlights of the day, about 15% of the final pictures. Enjoy !
